Binding Legal Agreement.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (or those you legally represent) and walkbucks. You agree to be bound by these Terms by:
(i) creating a user account or other accounts to access our Services ("Account");
(ii) downloading our software or using our Services and Websites; or

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our services are primarily offered as free services, but we may also provide certain paid versions. These terms apply to both paid and free services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Walkbucks. Walkbucks is not directed to children under 13, and such users are prohibited from registering.
Updates to the Terms.
We continuously improve our Services and Websites by adding new features or modifying existing ones. As a result, we may update these Terms from time to time to:
(i) comply with legal requirements;
(ii) follow regulatory orders or recommendations;
(iii) introduce or remove features, services, or technologies;
(iv) fix errors or bugs;
